15 December Argostoli Square: A night for music, dancing and Christmas festive spirit

The beginning of the festive events in the Municipality of Argostoli for the period of Christmas and New Year is marked by the event around the Christmas tree tomorrow Wednesday December 15 at 6.30 pm, in Vallianou Square in Argostoli.

The event will be accompanied by the students of the art departments of the Municipality of Argostoli, the department of modern & contemporary dance in collaboration with the students of the dance school Elisavet Livieratou, where they will present Christmas choreography the Argostoli Philharmonic Orchestra “Dionysios Lavra” chief musician Vassilis Perlikidis, and the Men’s Choir conducted by Angelos Mourelatos, where they will perform festive melodies .

The Municipality has prepared a rich program of Christmas events always adapted to the conditions created by the pandemic.

The program includes performances and events for children, festive melodies, concert and many more outdoor activities but also at the Municipal Theater of Argostoli.

On Thursday, December 23 the Santa Claus Workshop opens in the old building of the Bank of Greece and until December 31, it will welcome our little friends to spend beautiful-magical moments, with many activities, young and old experiencing the festive spirit of Christmas. There will be daily activities inside and outside the workshop.
