Detailed instructions on the return of AMKA to beneficiaries of the UK’s Brexit agreement are provided in a circular by Undersecretary of Labor and Social Affairs Panos Tsakloglou.
According to the circular, the beneficiaries of the departure agreement (Brexit) are entitled to issue AMKA from the KEP or the AMKA offices of e-EFKA directly, submitting:
a) the special Residence Permit
b) or the Certificate of Submission of Supporting Documents for its issuance
c) or the Special Certificate of Legal Residence issued by the competent services.
The beneficiaries are divided into three categories:
(a) Entitled to ten residence permit valid,
(b) Beneficiaries with five-year residence permit,
(c) Eligible Pensioners
Depending on the category to which the beneficiaries belong, the submission of the respective supporting documents provided in the codified circular of AMKA is also required.
From 01.01.2021 until 30.06.2021 the Beneficiaries of the Departure Agreement apply for a special Residence Permit in accordance with the provisions of Joint Decision no. 4000/1/113-α΄ / 14.10.2020 (Β΄ 4610) of the Ministers of Citizen Protection and Immigration and Asylum.
