DEYAK: We ask customers who have unpaid water bills to settle their debts by November 30

With this letter and following decisions of the Board of ΔΙΑΔ.Ε.Υ.Α.Δ.Κ. according to the current legislation we call on consumers who have unpaid water bills to settle their debts by 30/11/2021 taking advantage of the beneficial regulation that is in force.

We point out that the debt collection effort started at the beginning of 2020 through which many consumers have already settled their debts is coming to an end.

Benefits that have not been settled by 30/11/2021 as well as benefits whose settlement is not observed or has already been cancelled will be terminated without further notice.

They will be reconnected only after paying off 40% of their debt.

    I have not received a water bill in 4 years.
    So I take an old one to pay what I don’t know.
    If the water board could get bills to arrive then maybe they’re problem would be eased.
    Some say that meters can’t be read if inside property (electricity can) others say that post office won’t deliver.
    This needs to be sorted.
