ELTA circular dated January 20, 2020 states that changing charges for parcels outside of European countries valued from 0 euros to 22 euros will be charged 15 euros.

Parcels outside of European countries that will enter the customs irrespective of whether they are above or below 22 euros, which is still duty free, will be charged 15 euros. Usually these are the trifle parcels that most of us buy from China, with it costing as much as 1 euro to pay the extra 15 euros to ELTA.

  • From 0 to 22 euros we will pay 15 euros customs clearance.
  • From 22 to 150 euros we will pay customs clearance fees 15 euros + VAT 24%.
  • Over € 150 we will pay customs clearance fees of € 15 to € 50 depending on the cost of the package, + 24% VAT + customs duties.
