“WE LOVE Kefalonia and Ithaca”
The advertising campaign of the Chamber of Kefallinia Ithaca officially starts today
The aim of the campaign is to promote Kefalonia and Ithaca, on channels and social media in Greece and abroad.
The Chamber aims to promote tourism for the years 2020 – 2021, so as to stimulate business and the economy of our islands. In addition, to achieve an extension of the tourist season, because our islands are offered for holidays in the remaining months of the year, except the summer. Also to highlight the culture, history, gastronomy and alternative forms of tourism in our islands.
The President of the Chamber, Stavros Spathis, has personally undertaken the planning of the campaign and the coordination of the actions.
“ The campaign is starting at a difficult time for all of us, due to the effects of the coronavirus pandemic. Our businesses have been hit hard. We have to make a real road race, so that, as things stand, Kefalonia and Ithaca can claim a bigger part of the pie of Greek tourism. We have decided to survive and we will do that. The only thing that leads us is the real love for our islands, the deep knowledge of their material and intangible wealth and the need to support our businesses. This campaign is exactly what its title says, we love Kefalonia and Ithaca ” Stavros Spathis, President of the Chamber of Kefallinia-Ithaca
