Message in English to public from the Deputy Regional Governor & Mayors of Kefalonia & Ithaca

We reached out to the Deputy Regional Governor and his team to get an English language version of the social media messages he and Kefalonia & Ithaca’s Mayor’s are sending out to the citizens of the islands and they have now supplied us with one in English.

Please share widely in your social media groups so the positive and inclusive message of ‘thanks’ for our efforts so far can be seen by the substantial population of non Greek speaking people who are adhering to the rules on the islands.

The Kefalonia Pulse is a useful paper that covers a lot of topics, Most of all it was heart felt to see the post-card depicting the garden of Nappier in argostoli it brings back memories always green. From little age to the day that I attend the boys high-school near-by to the day destiny took me away to Australia to the day of my old age of 80 that I’m today, I can’t depart from memories associated not only with the garden, but with a lot of other landmarks around Argostoli.
It is encouraging to see your publications on the net, the information is useful and I hope you will continue to publish and provide news and topics.
I do remember the years after the 1953 destruction and the establishment of the office of the “The Voice of Kefalonia” at Vergoti Road, published by the two brothers Yerasimos and George Kouris well known young entrepreneurs. I wanted to place an add and George was very supportive, I was
pleased to see that my add was published and resulted to boost my plumbing business big way.
I wish you good future results as you contribute the best possible service.
    Best Regards
