No lifting of measures until May Day

“Brake” applied!

Measures for the coronavirus will not be lifted until May Day according to what the Infectious Diseases Committee suggested after its meeting today Wednesday

This practically means that the restrictions on catering will remain, but also that we will spend another Easter with the measures in force.

It is reminded that Easter Sunday falls this year on April 24 and throughout Holy Week we will go with the measures that are already in force.

Coronavirus cases have been on the rise again in recent days and positivity is high.

The epidemiological data seems to have completely overturned the thoughts for lifting the restrictions, as the hard indicators of the pandemic do not subside.

Such a shame, people due to come to Greece over Easter with their families and young children will now have to cancel their plans for Greece and go elsewhere.
