Here is a translation of the form for all those who don’t read Greek. This is NOT a legal document – it is just a translation to assist anyone

My text message to 13033 comes back as “Not delivered”. My mobile is a UK one. Does this make a difference?

For people who don’t have internet access to download the form or if you can’t send a text, there is a third option where you can write the information on a piece of paper, with your signature, date and time and keep that with you while you’re out. Don’t forget to take your photo ID with you (passport or residence permit).
