The singer had acquired in his collection works by contemporary artists from Britain, such as Damian Hirst, which will be sold on March 14 at an auction organized by Christie’s in London.

Damian Hirst’s “The Incomplete Truth” (2006) is the central part of the auction, priced between £ 1-1.5 million.

Altogether, 75 projects will be proposed at the main event on March 14 and another 130, also coming from the co-founder of the Wham! Group, at an online auction, which will take place from 8 to 15 March.

This auction “will contribute to the continuation of George Michael’s charity work,” says Christie’s, in a press release issued today.
